The Boundaries of Ward 4 are:

Commence at the intersection of the centerline of Highland Avenue, also known as U.S. Highway 80 North, and the centerline of Montague Street;

Thence Northerly along the centerline of said Montague Street to its intersection with the centerline of Columbus Drive;

Thence westerly along the centerline of said Columbus Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Fleetwood Drive;

Thence southerly and westerly along the centerline of said Fleetwood Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Summerfield Road;

Thence northerly along the centerline of said Summerfield Road to its intersection with the centerline of Kingsley Drive;

Thence northwesterly along the centerline of said Kingsley Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Woodrow Avenue;

Thence easterly along the centerline of said Woodrow Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Summerfield Road;

Thence northerly along the centerline of said Summerfield Road to its intersection with the north city limits boundary of the city of Selma;

Thence easterly, northeasterly, southerly and westerly along the meanderings of the north and east city limits boundary of the city of Selma to its intersection with the centerline of Highland Avenue;

Thence westerly along the centerline of said Highland Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Marie Foster Street;

Thence southerly along the centerline of said Marie Foster Street to its intersection with the centerline of First Avenue;

Thence westerly along the centerline of said First Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Franklin Street;

Thence northerly along the centerline of said Franklin Street to its intersection with the centerline of Eighth Avenue;
